There are two NEXUS application services; a basic service taking 6 to 8 weeks and a fast-track premium service taking just 1 to 3 weeks. Our job is to make sure we know everything there is to know about the NEXUS card. We are experts in all aspects of the NEXUS process; the application, supporting documentation, and the interview procedure. We can also assist in trouble-shooting any issues that arise.

We offer NEXUS  applicants two services:

PREMIUM NEXUS SERVICE: If you have made urgent travel arrangements or need your NEXUS pass in a hurry, our fast track premium service will ensure that your application is processed within 1 to 3 weeks; from submitting your information to the government to receiving a response from the border authorities.* The fee for this expedited service is CAD $282.50 with a 50% discount for each additional family member. Please note we also charge our service fee for children under 18. Should we fail to meet this deadline applicants will be charged the basic service fee.

BASIC NEXUS SERVICE: Our standard service takes 6 to 8 weeks from inputting the correct data to getting a response from the border authorities.* The fee for this service is CAD $169.50 with a 50% discount for each additional family member. Please note we also charge our service fee for children under 18.

*Response means an invitation for interview or a denial notification.

In addition to our fees each adult applicant will be charged a Government Fee of CAN $60. Children are exempt from government fees.
